Website analytics
This marketing site may collect basic, non-sensitive usage information (for example, page views and performance metrics) to improve reliability and content. We avoid collecting health data on the marketing site.
Email signups
If you choose to join the waitlist/newsletter, we collect your email address for the purpose of sending VitalOS updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Garmin / activity data
If you connect a Garmin device, VitalOS reads the following activity data from your Garmin Connect account via the Connect IQ platform: heart-rate variability (HRV), sleep stages, recovery score, and strain. This data is used solely to display your personal health metrics inside the VitalOS dashboard.
We do not sell, rent, or share your Garmin activity data with any third party. Data is stored only as long as needed to provide the service and is never used for advertising or profiling purposes. You may revoke VitalOS access to your Garmin Connect account at any time through the Garmin Connect app under Settings → Connected Apps.
Third-party links
VitalOS links to third-party sites (for example, GitHub). Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
